Mantra For being Healthy

If you have to remain fit and fine, then you have to remember some mantras. These mantras are not something else but to adopt some good habits in your life. So let's go and see these good habits.





Doing Exercise-
It gives you good blood circulation healthy muscles. It also reduces the extra calory and fat of our body and it remains fit.

Taking Healthy Breakfast-
Taking breakfast after half and hour of getting up will give you capacity to your body to perform the daily task and have a good start of a day. It will not allow extra calory in your lunch.

Have proteins and cereals in your Diet-
It helps you of hungriness sine it fills your stomach for long. It is also make your digestion and metabolism good.

Take 02 Glass of water in the morning (During Wake Up)-
It detoxes our body and make our digestion good. Metabolism is also remain good and we miss the fattiness and more over we generate our body’s energy by drinking water.



Take Less Sweets-
Sugar has fructose which generates fat in our body. Taking less sweet our body remain in shape and we stay away from various diseases.

Take any vegetables and fruits-
We clean our stomach by eating the vegetables and fruits. We intake less calories. Digestion remains unchanged and our body stays fit and we get more blood in our veins.

Use Ladder-
By walking on ladders is the best exercise at home or office. It will help you to reduce the extra fat from our body. If possible walk fast on the ladders. It will help to pump your heart fast so your blockage of the veins will be cleaned up and your heart will remain healthy.
Drink at least 10 Glass of water in a day-
Whether it is summer or winter, take proper water. It will detoxify your body. It will help to make healthy your kidney. It will give proper oxygen to your body’s organs.


Champ your meal properly-
If you champ (chew) your meals for 32 times once it will be easily digest and you will not be fatty. It will help you to get more and more energy to do the work. Infect your intestines will absorb all the nutrients from the food and will give energy to your tissues or cells.  

Have a proper Sleep-
It recharges our body with new energy. That is why we must take complete sleep in a night. At least 8 hours sleep must be needed to our body. Don’t sleet less or much. It refreshes us and takes us away from the various diseases.

These small habits make our body fit and fine. We will also be healthy so don’t ignore these mantras and take it into your daily life.
