Pushup-
Pushup is a very good exercise to burn fat because you can do it easily anywhere. To do this, place the hands on the floor and both your hands should be straight under the shoulders and the waist down. Now fold your elbows  and bring the chest closer to the floor. Then come back to that position. Make such a round of 16 rounds.

Drink warm water
Consume of warm water regularly in the morning and make it daily, the consumption of warm water also helps in reducing excess fat in your body. With an empty stomach in the morning, if you drink  a glass of warm water after half an hour meals, then it helps in reducing the collected fat in your body, and when the fat of your body is low then the fat around the bra will also p reduce.

Vitamin C is important
If you live in a lot of stress, then the level of cortisol increases in the body. Cortisol can be controlled in the body by eating a diet containing vitamin C. There is also an element called carnitine which is helpful in burning body fat. Vitamin C is found in abundance in oranges, Capsicum, tomatoes, lemon and other citrus fruits.

Weigh the dumbbell
Hold the dumbbell in your hand and stand it straight. Tilt your neck forward. And now lift your shoulders up. Such that they can touch your ears. This exercise is beneficial for your waist. After that come in the normal posture. Take a breath while coming down and breathe while you go up. Keep in mind that you do not have to bend your elbows during this time. Exercise only through the shoulders.

Shoulder press 
This chest works like a press. But it is also good for the chest. To do this, take a dumbbell in both hands and sit on the chair and stretch both feet firmly and keep it on the ground. Now try to bring the parallel to your work by lifting the dumbbell. Keep the head straight and slowly move the dumbbell down.

Balanced diet
To reduce the stomach, it is important to consume balanced diet. Include vitamin-C foods like lemon, grapes, plum and orange in the food because it helps burn the fat as soon as possible and bring the body in shape. Along with carrot, leaf cabbage, broccoli, apple and watermelon etc. are very helpful in soaking water and fat from the body. Apart from this, stay away from excess fat diet.

Yoga is the only solution
The stomach fat can also be reduced by regular yoga. Just like a DHANUR AASAN.
You should lie down on the stomach to perform this posture. In this position, your hand should be downwards. Gradually lift your legs and head and shoulders upwards. Hold the legs firmly with your hands when it comes to the right position.  Stay in this position for about 10 seconds.


Apart from this, in the PASCHIMOTHALAN posture, there is pressure on your stomach, which directly affects the stomach fat. This will push your stomach in towards. If your belly has gone too far ahead, then this posture will greatly benefit you.
