How to be healthy



The person who is healthy, physically, mentally and socially, is called a complete health. Health is considered to be the first pleasure.


1- Rising Sun is nectar for heart patients. The light red rays of Sun arise in which there is a power of life which has the ability to destroy many diseases. It has amazing ability to remove jaundice, anemia, headache and limb pain.

2-Provides longevity by giving of pure air to life prana. Moving in the pure air, doing pranayama, relieves madness and constipation. Pure air is a priceless medicine for cardiovascular patients because it gives strength to the heart and removes the defects of the body, so it is necessary to walk in the morning.

3- Drinking at least two glasses of clean water before the time of defecation is like nectar for health, as it complains of constipation is far away. Constipation is considered to be the root cause of every disease.

4-Daily light exercise can be experienced all day long. According to health and strength, yoga should be continued. Patients of heart patients, high blood pressure, asthma etc. should not exercise.
