Brief History of Uttarakhand



Uttarakhand is a state located in the north of India. Between 2000 and 2006 it was known as Uttranchal, on November 9, 2000 Uttarakhand came into existence as the 27th state of the Republic of India. New Uttaranchal, which was separated from Uttar Pradesh, came into existence on November 8, 2000. The capital of this state is Dehradun. In the beginning the movement was somewhat weak, but in the 1990s it got a strong hold and it reached its culmination in Muzaffarnagar in 1994. 20 km from the border of Uttarakhand The martyr's memorial at Rampur, in Muzaffarnagar district of far away state, is a silent witness of the movement, where on October 2, 1994, there were about 40 people of agitated police bullets. History of Delhi (India)

"Zero" of India



Indian mathematicians are credited with introducing numbers. Centuries ago, India gave the miraculous gift of numbers to the world. Care of your Eyes

Our eyes are the most fragile part of our body. Those eyes are most beautiful organ of our body, and through them we can see this beautiful world. If eyes are not , so nothing is there. It is therefore necessary to take care of eyes so that they can always showcase this beautiful world and your beauty also remains.  Nowadays due to continuous work on the computer, our eyes are very affected. Therefore it is very important to take care of the eyes in order to avoid this effect. So that both the eyes and the beauty of the eyes kept up.




Take care of dry eye syndrome-
Due to increasing need, women along with men also get a large number of jobs and continue working on computers for many hours, which has a great effect on the eyes. Due to the increasing use of TVs, computers and air conditioners, the problem of dry eye syndrome is increasing steadily. 
Due to which the tears become less in the eyes and the quality of the eyes also decreases. Tears protect the eyes from cornea and conjunctiva by keeping moist and wet and dry it. Due to lack of tears many symptoms start to appear. Like eyes burn, sting It does not feel like feeling dry, itching, heaviness, redness in the eyes etc. Problems begin to feel like this. To avoid these problems, keep moisture in the atmosphere. Drink water and drinks well. Eat green vegetables and seasonal fruits. After working on the computer, remove the glance from the screen for 5 to 10 minutes after every half hour, and after every one hour, make sure that the eyes rest for 5 to 10 minutes. 
While working on a computer, do not block the eyelids on the screen for a long time. Keep them blinking in the middle beach. It spreads tears of eyes, eyes moisture prevails and they survive from drought.

Measures for eye care-
1- According to the eye specialist, two elements named Luteen and Jacaxthin have a special role in providing strength to the eyes and the retina. This element is found in abundance in green vegetables and fruits. So take plenty of green vegetables, fruits and dairy products to take care of the eyes.

To keep moisture in the eyes, drink more water and drink juice too.

According to modern research, green tea is very beneficial for eyes. There are antioxidants called Ketchinas, which protect eyes.

4- Do yoga and pranayama for the care of eyes. In particular, do the anulooms, and do pranayama, because it brings the best results for delicate eyes.

5- Massage almond or olive oil with light-handed hands around the eyes, because it improves blood circulation and the fatigue of the eyes is also less. Also the eyes feel extremely relieved.

If the eyes are having pain, then wash them with lukewarm water first, then wash them with cold water. This will increase the blood circulation of the eyes and the eyes will get relief.

Mix two drops of lemon in rose water and pour 2 2 drops in the eyes, it will also give the eyes coolness.

While working on the computer, keep the distance of 20-30 inches from the computer screen and sit in front of the TV, keep the TV at least 35 meters. So that these hazardous rays have little effect on your eyes.

9-Before working on the computer to protect your eyes wear Anti Glare Eye Glasses, so that your eyes stay safe from the harmful rays of the computer.

10-There are carbon particles in mascara or surma etc. which can scratches on cornea and conjunctiva. So use them out of the eyes, not inside.
11-Eye wash with Triphala water increases with eyesight.

12-Massage of mustard oil in the soles of the feet increases the eyesight.

13- Morning walking on the bare foot grass in the morning increases the eyesight, so if you do not speak morning then start doing it to take care of your delicate eyes.

14-
Make sure you have at least 8 hours of sleep to give complete relief to the eyes, this will make you feel stressed.

15-Mix almonds, sofas and sugar candy in equal quantity and then grind this powder with the milk while sleeping at 1 spoon of night.

Mantra For being Healthy

If you have to remain fit and fine, then you have to remember some mantras. These mantras are not something else but to adopt some good habits in your life. So let's go and see these good habits.





Doing Exercise-
It gives you good blood circulation healthy muscles. It also reduces the extra calory and fat of our body and it remains fit.

Taking Healthy Breakfast-
Taking breakfast after half and hour of getting up will give you capacity to your body to perform the daily task and have a good start of a day. It will not allow extra calory in your lunch.

Have proteins and cereals in your Diet-
It helps you of hungriness sine it fills your stomach for long. It is also make your digestion and metabolism good.

Take 02 Glass of water in the morning (During Wake Up)-
It detoxes our body and make our digestion good. Metabolism is also remain good and we miss the fattiness and more over we generate our body’s energy by drinking water.



Take Less Sweets-
Sugar has fructose which generates fat in our body. Taking less sweet our body remain in shape and we stay away from various diseases.

Take any vegetables and fruits-
We clean our stomach by eating the vegetables and fruits. We intake less calories. Digestion remains unchanged and our body stays fit and we get more blood in our veins.

Use Ladder-
By walking on ladders is the best exercise at home or office. It will help you to reduce the extra fat from our body. If possible walk fast on the ladders. It will help to pump your heart fast so your blockage of the veins will be cleaned up and your heart will remain healthy.
Drink at least 10 Glass of water in a day-
Whether it is summer or winter, take proper water. It will detoxify your body. It will help to make healthy your kidney. It will give proper oxygen to your body’s organs.


Champ your meal properly-
If you champ (chew) your meals for 32 times once it will be easily digest and you will not be fatty. It will help you to get more and more energy to do the work. Infect your intestines will absorb all the nutrients from the food and will give energy to your tissues or cells.  

Have a proper Sleep-
It recharges our body with new energy. That is why we must take complete sleep in a night. At least 8 hours sleep must be needed to our body. Don’t sleet less or much. It refreshes us and takes us away from the various diseases.

These small habits make our body fit and fine. We will also be healthy so don’t ignore these mantras and take it into your daily life.
